A leading feminist voice within Israel and the international community, Professor Halperin-Kaddari is an expert on family law, feminist critique of law and women’s rights, especially within Israel. Her current roles include chairing the Advisory Committee on the Authority for the Advancement of the Status of Women for the Israeli Prime Ministers office, Director of the Rackman Center for the Advancement of the Status of Women at Bar-Ilan University, and is the Israeli representative at the U.N. Committee on the Elimination of Discrimination against Women.
